Part of healing and growth is self-awareness. When you know who you really are, and how you tend to behave, it can give you a sense of unshakeable peace. It can also deepen your expression of yourself, improving your style, aesthetic, and relationships.
Here are my favorite quizzes and other resources for discovering yourself step by step. A lot of them are really fun to work through. If you know of any other similar resources, leave them in the comments or submit them to the site using the contact form!
What are archetypes?
Archetypes are: the original pattern or model, or a perfect example of something.
If you know the patterns your identity is based on, it can help you move from reacting to acting wisely.
Archetypes are important for understanding the subconscious (what lies beneath the surface of your mind) and they also push your spirituality deeper.
An important psychologist, Carl Jung, was very interested in understanding human archetypes and I would highly recommend reading his work if you want to dig deeper. You can click here for one of his most famous books.
