When I exercise, I’m physically uncomfortable and sometimes in pain. I really struggle to commit. But yoga is a mindful way to exercise that is gentler on the body. It benefits posture, heart health, mobility, concentration, and strengthens the body. It can be very healing for people in recovery and it shouldn’t hurt.

Here is my playlist of yoga flows I’ve done recently that I highly recommend. Each video is completely free, accessible for beginners, and between 10-30 minutes. Choose the one that interests you to get started.
